Do you take on short projects or only long engagements?
Both. Some clients bring me in for a focused two-week diagnostic; others keep me on for months as an ongoing advisor. We scope it to what you actually need.
What does a typical engagement cost?
It depends on scope and duration. I work on fixed-price projects, monthly retainers, or day rates — whichever gives you the most clarity. We agree on it before anything starts.
Which industries do you work with?
I have worked across SaaS, marketplaces, professional services, manufacturing, and consumer brands. The problems — strategy, operations, growth — rhyme more than they differ.
Will I work with you directly, or a team?
Directly, always. TW Advisory is intentionally small so that the person you meet is the person doing the work. No handoffs to junior staff.
Can you work remotely?
Yes. I am based in Stockholm and work with teams across time zones. For the right engagement I am also happy to spend time on-site.
